Thank you so much for the service you provided during this unexpected damage to my home. The prompt attention that Integrity Restoration provided beginning with the first phone call I placed to start this process was received by (Jason?) who immediately contacted Shannon Allred to the job. Shannon contacted me the very next morning (2/14) and arrived promptly at 9:00 to access and immediately start the drying process. He was later joined by Steve who together removed damaged material and started the drying process. The care that both Shannon and Steve gave to ensuring my property was restored to a normal as possible condition was exceptional. The clean up was superb.

Shannon followed up each day to ensure the equipment was operating properly and took care to ensure our safety during this process. We really appreciate the professional and kind behavior Shannon displayed each time he entered our home. His professional behavior, promptness, and care to our property really was appreciated during this overwhelming time.

Last week Steve Woodward worked diligently in our home to remove water from interior walls that had a water damage due to a plumbing leak. Steve worked on our main floor and basement. He did an outstanding, courteous job – each day he came right at the time he said he would. He always called ahead. He explained thoroughly what he needed to do, and kept us informed every day of the progress being made. Steve seems very knowledgable of the work he does and was very pleasant to deal with. Integrity Restoration (Steve Woodward) promptly responded to a request for emergency help concerning cleanup and damage from water backing up into the finished basement from a sink in a bar area. Disgusting water penetrated much of the basement. Integrity quickly cleaned up the water and assessed what needed to be done on a timely basis so no additional water damage (mold) would occur. They then removed any materials that clearly could not remain. Integrity was very professional in every manner and also respectful to my (the owner’s) needs in this stressful situation. They also were very helpful concerning the insurance claim. I will definitely use their mitigation services again should the need arise (I hope not) and would certainly recommend them to others.
