I highly recommend Integrity Restoration & Remodeling. We were dealing with a water damaged room and they were absolute rock stars through the entire process. Leo and his crew came in several times to ensure the remediation part was to their high standard. This included testing and continual cleaning of the room as needed. Jennifer was our guide through the entire process, start to finish. She explained what was going on thoroughly, walked us through remediation and rebuild, and helped us deal with insurance. Integrity came to the rescue after my hot water heater sprung a leak and flooded my basement. They were efficient, professional, and had amazing communication. Had a great experience working with the Integrity team. In particular Leo, Kevin, Jennifer, Steven and Jason. They were extremely helpful and provided stability during an unstable time. Each team member that I worked with stayed in close contact, provided timely updates, helped explain their actions, next steps and answered any questions. They also were professional and worked well coordinating schedules. Jennifer and Stephen even answered calls after hours. I would definitely use Integrity again.
