Jennifer, the manager, has been especially outstanding—always helpful, pleasant, and incredibly easy to work with. She made a stressful situation much more manageable with her clear communication and friendly demeanor. Kevin has been responsive and helpful whenever we speak on the phone. Integrity came to the rescue after my hot water heater sprung a leak and flooded my basement. They were efficient, professional, and had amazing communication. A trusted friend referred me to Integrity Restoration and Remodeling. Due to some roof leaks that had gone unnoticed I was in need of a professional water and mold remediation service. The same day I called an agent came to my home. Jennifer was very well versed in the process. She explained every step to my wife and I that we should expect from beginning to end. The demo team and following cleaning team worked diligently to ensure the water and mold damage was completely removed.
