A trusted friend referred me to Integrity Restoration and Remodeling. Due to some roof leaks that had gone unnoticed I was in need of a professional water and mold remediation service. The same day I called an agent came to my home. Jennifer was very well versed in the process. She explained every step to my wife and I that we should expect from beginning to end. The demo team and following cleaning team worked diligently to ensure the water and mold damage was completely removed. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for help with home restoration projects!

We've engaged Integrity Restoration & Remodeling for two separate water remediation projects in our home, and we have been extremely satsified with their work on both occasions. The first time they were assigned by our insurance company as a preferred vendor, and the second time (for a separate incident years later), I engaged them directly because I was so satisfied with their work the first time, I didn't want anyone else to do our remediation work. They are great communicators and do a great job explaining best practices and options, in cases there may be coverage gaps with the insurance company. Integrity came to the rescue after my hot water heater sprung a leak and flooded my basement. They were efficient, professional, and had amazing communication.
