We've engaged Integrity Restoration & Remodeling for two separate water remediation projects in our home, and we have been extremely satsified with their work on both occasions. The first time they were assigned by our insurance company as a preferred vendor, and the second time (for a separate incident years later), I engaged them directly because I was so satisfied with their work the first time, I didn't want anyone else to do our remediation work. They are great communicators and do a great job explaining best practices and options, in cases there may be coverage gaps with the insurance company. Jennifer Fancher and the entire Integrity Restoration Team, to include, Kevin Keeler (QC Mgr), Steven Studdard (Proj. Mgr), Shane and Technicial Teams of Shannon and Leo, went above and beyond my expectations, from claim submission to finalization - and water damage restoration.
